Ruben Gallegos

Ruben GALLEGOS was reported missing along with $80K in cash after he was seen leaving the Pearl Harbor NEX with an off-duty DOD Police Officer. The officer was later stopped in his vehicle, and upon search of the vehicle, most of the cash and personal items belonging to Gallegos was found within. Gallegos was never seen or heard from since.

Keith Garkowski

Keith GARKOWSKI was an active Naval Officer assigned to the U.S.S. Leftwich, which was temporarily docked at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. GARKOWSKI was last seen aboard his ship by his shipmates on 7-19-1987. GARKOWSKI apparently left his ship, leaving all of his personal belongings behind, failed to return, and failed to show for duty thereafter.
