Ruben GALLEGOS was reported missing along with $80K in cash after he was seen leaving the Pearl Harbor NEX with an off-duty DOD Police Officer. The officer was later stopped in his vehicle, and upon search of the vehicle, most of the cash and personal items belonging to Gallegos was found within. Gallegos was never seen or heard from since.
