LUCIA REYES GARDUNO

On August 21, 2023 at 1705 hours, Lucia took the trash out of the apartment and never returned. Lucia appeared to only have her cell phone with her, which appears to have been turned off. Lucia is unfamiliar with the area and was not believed to have any money, but may have a debit card in her possession. Reporting party believed Lucia to have voluntarily left the family at the opportunity to remain in the U.S.A., and may be traveling to one of her two brothers, who live in unknown States east of California. No suspicious circumstances were suspected with Lucia's disappearance.

MARICELA ATANCIO-RAMIREZ

REPORTING PARTY CONTACTED COPD TO REPORT THAT HER NANNY, MARICEL ATANCIO-RAMIREZ, HAD NOT RETURNED TO HER RESIDENCE. IT WAS UNUSUAL FOR ATANCIO-RAMIEZ TO LEAVE WITHOUT NOTICE. ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HER VIA CELLULAR PHONE WENT TO VOICEMAIL WITH NO RETURN CALL. ATANCIO-RAMIREZ HAS A HUSBAND AND CHILDREN IN MEXICO, HOWEVER SHE LEFT HER PASSPORT AT HER EMPLOYERS RESIDENCE. THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTIVITY INDICATING ATANCIO-RAMIREZ HAS ATTEMPTED TO ENTER INTO MEXICO FROM THE US.

REPORTING PARTY STATED THEY HAD NOT SEEN OR HEARD FROM THEIR EMPLOYEE SINCE THE NIGHT PRIOR. RAMIREZ HAD WORKED FOR THE FAMILY FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS. THE REPORTING PARTY SAW RAMIREZ LEAVE THE RESIDENCE THE NIGHT PRIOR BUT WENT TO SLEEP BEFORE SHE RETURNED HOME. THE REPORTING PARTY WAS UNABLE TO REACH RAMIREZ VIA PHONE.
