Lucia is unfamiliar with the area and was not believed to have any money, but may have a debit card in her possession. Reporting party believed Lucia to have voluntarily left the family at the opportunity to remain in the U.S.A., and may be traveling to one of her two brothers, who live in unknown States east of California. No suspicious circumstances were suspected with Lucia's disappearance.
