Phillip was last seen on May 6, 1963 in the city of Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Phillip has not been seen since.

Gene Jacob Cloud, Jr.

Gene J. Cloud Jr. was last seen on January 25, 2012 near the Millston area in southern Jackson County. It has been reported that Gene was observed a short time later walking on Highway O, but his whereabouts since that time is unknown.

Jack Alden Wolcott

Jack Wolcott was last seen being driven off as a passenger in his own vehicle from his residence on the evening of 3-12-81. Three adult males may have accompanied him. Wolcott's vehicle was discovered the next day back at the residence. Some blood evidence was noted in the passenger area where Wolcott was observed sitting. Law enforcement conducted an extensive search but Wolcott was never located. Wolcott is presumed dead.
