David Ross was undomiciled and residing in Winchester City at the time of his disappearance. David was last seen off Baker Ln. in the County of Frederick on December 31, 2022. David was last seen wearing black Frogg motorcycle rain gear which had a lime green stripe on the jacket. David carried a black backpack with a waist strap.

Nanci Britner

Nanci was last seen at the Relax Inn motel in city limits just before midnight on 6/28/23. She spoke with her fiancé who was at work at 7-11 and her niece on the phone just after midnight, looking for a ride. Her niece assumed the got a ride after she didn't answer her text. None of the subjects know where she may be.

Daniel Eye

Last seen on Saturday, 10/10/1992 by a neighbor. Has not been seen since. On 10/14/1992, Eye's vehicle was found at the Luray Ave boat landing in Front Royal, VA adjacent to the Shenandoah River. The vehicle was locked and Eye's wallet was inside along with various forms of ID.

William David Dudley

An altercation occurred between Dudley, his girlfriend and two other men. He has never been seen since. There is a current investigation.
