Olivier Gbetholancy

The Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in searching for a missing person. He is identified as 48-year-old Oliver Gbetholancy. Gbetholancy was last seen at the Embassy of Niger in Washington, D.C located in the 2200 block of R Street NW. Gbetholancy is described as a black male, 5’10”, and 250 pounds. His last known address is in Capitol Heights. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Regional Investigation Division – Central Region at (301) 772-4911.

Dawn Michelle Holt

Holt was last seen in a motel room in Waldorf, Maryland on April 25, 1996. Prior to her disappearance, Dawn had gone to live with a relative in Florida, at the suggestion of a family member. She returned unbeknownst to relatives. On the day she disappeared, she made a phone call to a family member, but did not show up later. Holt's family reported her as a missing person on June 12, 1996, approximately eight weeks after she disappeared. Dawn disappeared from time to time, but she had never been gone this long.
