George Bellamy is a black male with black hair and brown eyes around 5’7” tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing green pants, a cream colored hooded sweatshirt, and black shoes. He is known to frequent the 3200-Blk. Of Georgia Avenue area in Northwest Washington, DC.

Reuben was allegedly abducted by his father, Reuben Bennett Blackwell. A federal warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution was issued for the abductor on September 22, 2000. The child may be going by the first name "Bennett." The abductor has threatened to harm his son and himself. The abductor's hair is graying at his temples.
