Last seen in west Monroe, Louisiana, by family members, stays in Bawcomville and West Monroe area,also visits Monroe Louisiana. Ouachita Sheriff’s Investigators are currently searching for a missing Ouachita Parish resident. Kenneth Leroy Bouwell, age 46, was last seen approximately 2 weeks ago by family members. He is described as a white male, 6’-1” tall, 170 lbs. with grayish dark hair. He also has a tattoo “Expect No Mercy” on his abdomen. A description of clothing is not available. Bouwell does not have a permanent address but is known to frequent the Bawcomville area and the River Bend School area in West Monroe. Anyone with any information concerning the whereabouts of Mr. Bouwell is asked to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
