Betsy Morales Soto

Betsy Morales Soto and her husband Omar Millet Torres (MP100067) were last seen on their boat approximately 300 yards from the shore near Wisteria Island just prior to Hurricane Ian's arrival to the Key West area. Their boat was anchored, but without power and was breaking loose from the current.

Luis Ramos-Engroba

Subject went on a fishsing trip with another male and a female. The boat capsized off shore. The other male on the boat was found to be the only known survivor. Engroba and the female were last seen by the male floating in the water somewhere off shore between Miami and Key Largo.

Ylianet Ybanez

Ylianet went with two friends on a fishing trip. They took the boat out on the water off the Caribbean Club dock which is located in Key Largo, Florida. Weather was very bad. A male subject (later identified as Ylianet's husband) was found alive two days later near Miami Beach in the water. The husband advised he last saw Ylianet and the third party on top of their capsized boat. He advised a wave separated them and does not know what happened to them after that.
