Gene Hatfield III

On 05/02/1977, Gene Paul Hatfield III was reported missing to the Belmont Police Department. Hatfield was last seen on 05/02/1977 leaving his residence in Belmont to collect money from his paper route. Hatfield's vehicle was located, unoccupied at the Golden Gate Bridge Vista Point.

Eileen Prager

Roommate reported Missing Person to police as Gretchen Samuel (alias), and it was later determined that her true name was Eileen Prager. Some of Prager's belongings were removed from their residence, but much of Prager's personal belongings were left behind. Prager was known to be entrepreneurial, having started computer-based businesses and was attempting to start a coffee business at the time of her disappearance. She was described as highly intelligent and athletic.

Nancy Jean MacDuckston

Nancy MacDuckston was last seen at her home in Belmont on August 11, 2003, at about 8:30 a.m. On that same day, MacDuckston left her home for a day trip to the coast. MacDuckston's tan 2001 Mazda MPV minivan was located adjacent to State Highway 1 near Davenport in unincorporated Santa Cruz County, CA. MacDuckston was possibly seen at the New Davenport Store and Restaurant with an known male subject in the afternoon before her disappearance. Belmont Police have completed an exhaustive investigation, but turned up little information regarding MacDuckston's whereabouts.

Ylva Hagner

Hagner was last seen at her place of employment at 1070 Sixth Ave. Suite 200 in Belmont, CA on Monday, October 14, 1996 at 9:30 PM. Hagner was living in Palo Alto and attending Stanford University at the time of her disappearance. Close friends and fellow workers believe that Hagner's disappearance is unusual and out of character. A witness recognized her black 1992 Honda Civic (CA License# Plate 2BBS966) after viewing a television news report. The vehicle was located Friday, October 17, 1996, abandoned, just south of Belmont and the San Carlos border. It was at the corner of El Camino Real and Spring Street in front of Days Inn, a small motel. Law enforcement agencies intensified their search. Bloodhounds were brought in by the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department in an attempt to expand their leads. The FBI assigned a forensic team for tests on Ms. Hagner's vehicle. Also intensive questioning was conducted by investigators of her friends, colleagues and casual acquaintances. No information on her whereabouts was learned. Fair complexion. Swedish accent.
