Randall Arthurs

Randall went fishing on 4/16/1994 in Beaver Lake at approximately 10:00 am. Randall's boat was discovered later that day floating near Twin Coves at Beaver Lake. Randall's car and boat trailer were found at the Twin Coves boat ramp. Randall's boat motor was found in the boat and not attached to the transom. It is concluded by the initial investigators that while the boat was in motion, it struck something under water causing the motor to come off and and land forward in the boat. Randall Arthurs has not been seen since.

Alicia Minton

Alicia was last seen when she left her children with a friend. She was heading to Beaver Lake. She was driving a silver BMW 301, which was later found near the intersection of Second and Locust Streets in northeast Rogers, Arkansas. Authorities do not believe she left on her own accord as she took no personal belongings with her.
