Derek is missing after a landslide occurred at approximately mile 11 of the Zimovia Highway.

Michael Osborn

Michael possibly drowned. He was last seen after being dropped off by the cab company on 10/14/2000 at the mill.

Norman Taylor

Norman was last seen on 07/10/1988 during a boating accident at Zimovia Strait and Cemetery Point in Wrangell, AK. He is presumed to have drowned.

Jason Harper

Jason Harper hasn't been seen since he set out alone May 4, 2004 to climb 16,237-foot Mount Sanford in the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. Harper was dropped off at Windy Ridge on Mount Sanford by a pilot. The area is about 3,000 feet high and about 20 miles northwest of the summit. When the pilot returned May 9th to pick him up, he was not at the designated spot. A base camp Harper had made during his summit attempt was found, including most of his camping gear. Search and rescue efforts were unable to locate Harper.

Brandon Robert Peterson

Brandon Peterson was last seen in the early hours of 12/13/2015 in the vicinity of Thomas Place near Wrangell, AK, where he has a cabin. Fire service volunteers were contacted to check on him that evening and found Peterson on foot at the roadside. When responders were called to check on Peterson again on Dec. 17th, he was not found at the cabin. A thorough grid search of the area was unsuccessful.
