Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

CaseTrace uses Facebook Page access only for authorized Page comment moderation. It does not sell Facebook user data or create fictional Facebook records.

Request deletion

1. Email brad@casetraceapp.com with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request.”
2. Include the Facebook Page or comment URL and enough information to identify the record. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
3. CaseTrace will verify the request, remove applicable stored Page-comment data and moderation metadata when legally and operationally permitted, and confirm completion.

You may also remove the CaseTrace integration from Facebook or Meta Business settings to revoke future Page access. Revocation does not prevent processing of a valid deletion request for data already stored.
