CaseTrace Child Safety Standards

CaseTrace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, solicitation, sexualization of minors, or any content or conduct that exploits or endangers children.

CaseTrace is a missing-person awareness platform built to help missing-person cases stay visible, easier to share, and connected to source information. The platform is not a place for sexual content, exploitation, harassment, speculation, or harmful behavior involving children or any missing person.

If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

Zero Tolerance for CSAE

CaseTrace explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, or any attempt to use the platform to endanger children.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you see content or activity on CaseTrace that may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or child endangerment, report it immediately.

If you have information about a missing-person case, contact law enforcement or the listed agency directly. Do not post tips publicly.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material or links to such material
  • Sexualized images, descriptions, or comments involving minors
  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes
  • Trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of minors
  • Requests for explicit images or information involving minors
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, or exploitation of a missing child or family
  • Public posting of tips, rumors, accusations, or unverified claims that could endanger a child or interfere with a case
  • Any use of CaseTrace to exploit a missing-person case

Action CaseTrace May Take

CaseTrace may remove content, restrict access, preserve relevant information, contact law enforcement, and report suspected child sexual abuse material or child exploitation to appropriate authorities when required by law.

CaseTrace will review reports and act in accordance with applicable laws, platform policies, and the mission of responsible missing-person awareness.

Responsible Missing-Person Awareness

CaseTrace does not encourage rumors, speculation, harassment, accusations, or public tip-sharing. Missing-person information should be handled carefully and respectfully.
