Start with an agency review request.
To keep agency onboarding simple and controlled, CaseTrace now uses one public first step for agencies. Submit an agency review request first. If approved, we will follow up with workspace and dashboard access.
CaseTrace is operated by CaseTrace LLC. Agency tools, case update requests, and verification-related features may be reviewed before access or changes are approved.

Workspace is created
If approved, we create an agency workspace and connect the approved user profile to it.

Dashboard access
Approved users can access the agency dashboard after their profile is assigned to the workspace.
