Law enforcement made contact with Mr. Marks on 07/10/2005 trying to hitchhike. He was dropped at 6th and Croco in Topeka, KS. Mr. Marks was known to enjoy visiting Boulder, CO in the past. Mr. Marks had been hospitalized in a state mental hospital in Colorado and received mental health services in Kansas.
