Willard Marks

On 10/18/2005, a case worker with Valeo Behavioral Health reported being unable to contact Mr. Marks for several months. The case worker spoke to his sister who said that she last spoke to Mr. Marks in February 2005. He was believed to possibly be in Oskaloosa, KS. Mr. Marks spoke of wanting to go to Denver, CO. Law enforcement made contact with Mr. Marks on 07/10/2005 trying to hitchhike. He was dropped at 6th and Croco in Topeka, KS. Mr. Marks was known to enjoy visiting Boulder, CO in the past. Mr. Marks had been hospitalized in a state mental hospital in Colorado and received mental health services in Kansas.
