Porfirio C Tovar

Was allegedly last seen by a man that gave Porfirio and his bicycle a ride to Houston via US 59. Porfirio had family members in Houston also but no one has ever seen him or heard from him. The family received an ambulance bill in his name approximately two months after he went missing and it showed he was picked up in the Richmond, Texas area.
