He was wearing a button-up, tan, plaid shirt, a tie, a pair of jeans and red Converse All-Star sneakers. Between 4:00pm and 5:30pm on the evening of January 1, a witness saw someone matching Luke's description near the Bay Bridge. The witness described seeing a man matching Luke's description, wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
