Jeffrey Lee Fossum

A neighbor discovered Jeffrey's dogs loose. Six days later the neighbor discovered that Jeffrey had not returned home. The neighbor contacted police and a missing persons report was generated. Jeffrey's 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser was found days later adjacent to a bridge over the Elk River near the Hinman Campgrounds. A note with a coded message was found in the car.
