Ubaldo called his cousin on July 24th, 2011 and said that he was in Nuevo Laredo and had been deported. He said he was going to cross the next day via Texas or Sonoyta, Sonora, and that he would call his cousin to let him know the details. He never called again. He could be missing in Texas or Arizona.
