On 04-15-12, Shiflet was reported missing by his caregiver. It is reported that Shiflet is mentally challenged and suffers from several mental health issues and behavioral problems. Shiflet becomes angry and paranoid when he is not taking his medications and is unable to care for himself. He has a history of walking away.
