Charles Bolter was last seen on December 23, 1972. The Waterford cattle rancher disappeared in December 1972, a few weeks after he apparently was bilked of $30,000 by men he told police had threatened to kill him.His truck was found parked along Highway 132 east of Waterford with the keys still in the ignition.
