Per law enforcement-Bianca was last seen in the area of John R North of E. Grand Blvd. when her father said he was carjacked by two unknown black males. His 2004 Silver Grand Marquis was located a short time later with Bianca missing from her car seat. Bianca is believed to be in extreme danger.
