At the time of her disappearance, then-28-year-old Segall was living with friends in nearby Nashua. On June 15, 1977 she left her home to work out at a gym in Merrimack. She never made it. But several weeks later on a remote logging road in a forest in Hollis, police found the car Segall was driving; a car she borrowed from a roommate. There was no sign of Segall.
