Summary
Christopher was last seen on April 20, 1990 when he told his parents he was sick and stayed home from school. When his parent returned home, Christopher was gone and so was the family’s Dodge Caravan. The following day, a handwritten note arrived at his parents’ house via USPS, postmarked Duluth, MN. The note stated that he intended to commit suicide. The Dodge Caravan was found two days later, abandoned along Minnesota 38 in Itasca County, about 20 miles north of Grand Rapids, MN. An extensive search of the area found no indication of Christopher. Also missing from the family’s home was his father’s Mossberg 20-gauge bolt action shotgun.
