Richard left his home at 11:30pm Saturday in a 2004 Dodge extended cab short bed pick up truck with a silver hard bed cover with Texas license number 60V-NX2. He was heading south towards Waco, Texas. He was last seen 4/25/10 5:00AM at Lake Brownwood, Texas off FM 3021 at te Mountain View Lodge and Marina.
