The victim was reported missing to Eagle Lake Police Department on September 2, 2005 by his mother. He was last seen on 08-20-05 carrying a lunch box and backpack. Ratton has tattoos on both arms and is known to wear an earring in his left ear. He is believed to be endangered. He has relatives in Alabama and Georgia.
