On January 23, 1991, Bonita Krummel left her residence in Medford New Jersey and was never seen or heard from again. The following day her vehicle was recovered at a local library with her keys, identification, purse, credit cards, wedding ring, US currency and prescription medication in the vehicle. There was also a note in the vehicle that read, "I am sorry that it had to come to this but I can't go on another minute. Love you all. Love, Bonnie." Bonita Krummel was 44 years old and suffered from Huntington's disease and at the time of her disappearance she had the disease for approximately six years.
