Suarez, was last seen at his residence in the vicinity of 1st Ave., and South Mountain Ave. in Phoenix, AZ. Ricardo was kidnapped from his residence and was driven away by suspects in a 1990's, dark blue, Chevrolet, Suburban with a gray metallic stripe across the bottom and a 1990's, white, Isuzu, sports utility vehicle with unknown license plates on them. Ricardo has not been seen since. Foul play is suspected.
