Richard was last seen on 12/22/90 leaving the Riverfront Lounge in Allegan City. His vehicle was impounded a few days later from a nearby parking lot. He was reported missing on 12/28/90. To date Richard has not been located. He was 21 years old at the time of his disappearance and would be over 40 years old today.
