Tracy and her husband Phillip were separated at the time of her disappearance. Phillip was reportedly watching their two children (ages 2 & 3 years) at Tracy's home while she was visiting her parents on the day of her disappearance. Tracy may have been walking on VanBrunt from Independence Ave. before her disappearance.
