Tracy L Ramsey

Tracy was last seen at her parents' home at 4632 E. 9th St. Kansas City, MO on 10/30/84 at 1400 hrs. She left her parents house, talked with a neighbor for 30 min, and has not been seen since then. Tracy and her husband Phillip were separated at the time of her disappearance. Phillip was reportedly watching their two children (ages 2 & 3 years) at Tracy's home while she was visiting her parents on the day of her disappearance. Tracy may have been walking on VanBrunt from Independence Ave. before her disappearance.
