Zachary Rowland Smith

Zachary Rowland Smith, 30, is missing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Hoodline reports he was last seen leaving UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital in Oakland on October 8, 2026, at approximately 11:30 p.m. He had initially been reported missing from Stroudsburg on October 7 and was later encountered by Pittsburgh officers and taken to a hospital. His father told WPXI that Zachary was released on Thursday and may be traveling between the Oakland hospital area and the Downtown Greyhound bus station. His family says he recently had reconstructive hip surgery and may walk with a limp. Zachary is approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and 145 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, a red beard, circular glasses, and tattoos on his face and neck. His father described black shoes, sweatpants, a Champion hoodie, and a dark green baseball cap. If you see him, do not approach or try to stop him.
