Mr. Patterson’s silver 2008 Toyota Camry was abandoned nearby. Mr. Patterson walks with a limp. He has (3) large knots on his left leg. Mr. Patterson has a tattoo on his rear right shoulder of a brown dog. The dog is wearing a white and black tuxedo and a red bow-tie.
