Fontella O'Shea Small

Small was last reportedly seen approximately July 1, 2025, at approximately 1200 hours, walking along Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, North Carolina, toward the downtown area. She has not been seen or heard from since. A family member searched for her and contacted known family members and associates without success. Her current whereabouts remain unknown.
