Andrew Richard Burrill

Andrew's parents called in to report Andrew missing. They spoke with him last at home around 2100 on 08-08-26. Around 2200 Andrew's stepfather heard him leave the residence in his vehicle. Andrew's stepfather then received a phone call from law enforcement around 2245 on the same date stating that they found Andrew's vehicle parked at Deception Pass Bridge.
