On 1/16/2019, Litz was last seen in the area of Pacific Shores subdivision, a rural area near Fort Dick, CA. Litz lived in the area on his family's property in a trailer. He had visited his sister in the same general area and left to go to his residence. No one has reported seeing him since then.
