Victor had been shut-in at home for the past year prior to his disappearance. The last 4 days leading up to his disappearance, he was non-verbal with his family, which is not normal for him. He was described as "zombie-like." He recently began leaving the house and walking nearby trails. Victor's family last spoke with him on 5/5/25 around 4pm but haven't seen him since. He left his money and cell phone at home.
