Missing since January 13 1980 2:30 PM. No sign since then. All objects in his possession accounted for except uniform, keys and parks. Walked toward entrance of Monument. Vanished. Park employee is said to have seen him slumped between two men in a pick-up headed North around 4:00. Subsequent investigation has declared this a homicide. Body never found. Monument 45 mi. from Mexican Border.
