Jessy jumped off the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge in Westchester County, NY. Jessy's vehicle was parked unoccupied on bridge on shoulder. Review of video shows a figure exit the driver's door, climb over bridge railing, and disappear. A splash is also observed in the water. Aviation, Drone, and Underwater Recovery Team searches yielded negative results for Jessy.
