On 7/9/1991, Michelle West left the family apartment building in Tucson, AZ. She planned on walking to a friend's house that lived in the area, and it's not clear if Michelle made it to the friend's house and they weren't home, or if she never made it to the house and disappeared somewhere along the way. Michelle has not been located and has had no contact with anyone including her children and immediate family since she left to visit her friend. Family said she would never have left them of her children of her own free will.
