A FRIEND OF JACOB CONTACTED HIS FAMILY TO ADVISE SHE SAW HIM ON FOOT. THE FAMILY MEMBER LATER FOUND JACOB BUT HE DID NOT WANT TO APPROACH THE CAR WHEN INSTRUCTED AND JUST LEFT.
