Bryan George Rodriguez contacted a Taxi Driver on February 9, 2026, at approximately 0422 hours, requesting transportation to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. The Taxi driver reported that he picked Brian up near the intersection of Frankfort Street and Santa Cleotilde Avenue at approximately 0556 hours on 02/09/2026. The Taxi driver stated that he transported Brian to an area near Paseo Loma Real in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Upon arrival, Brian exited the vehicle and met with an unknown female. Additionally, bridge surveillance footage confirmed that Brian was a passenger in the taxi as it crossed into Mexico.
