Summary
Susan Spencer went to St. Thomas on April 2, 2011, with family members. On Sunday, April 3, 2011, at approximately 1330 hrs., a family member received a call from her. Spencer told them that she is at the Ferry Dock on St. Thomas and she would like to be picked up at the Lagoon Dock on St. Croix, when she arrives, at which time they replied, "Just give me a call when you reach." The family member stated that she didn't call back, so they thought she drove herself home because her silver Suzuki Aerio was parked by the dock in Lagoon Dock and it was still there. On April 5, 2011, at approximately 1130 hrs., another family member attempted to call Susan but the call kept going to her voice mail. The family member called Susan's job, and they said she hasn't been to work and hasn't called in, so, the family member became worried about her. A family member made contact with a radio announcer (who knew Spencer) on St. Croix, and who advised that she saw Susan at the ferry dock on St. Thomas and Susan forgot her bag at a bar next to the ferry so they both went to the bar and found her bag. The radio announcer said after they found her bag Susan told her she needed to go to the ATM machine
