Raymond, who also goes by Dean, left his residence on 11/26/2005 and was seen later that day in Millard County, UT. On 11/28/2005, witnesses saw his vehicle off the Ute Exit 80 off of I-15 in Nevada and saw a person with the vehicle though they could not recall the description of the person with the vehicle. The vehicle was found on 12/01/2005 at the same location but Raymond was nowhere to be found. Raymond suffers from Alzheimer's disease.
