On Friday, July 25, 2025, Haileigh Elizabeth Oatman ran away after a court hearing at the Lamoreaux Justice Center (LJC) at approximately 1300 hours. On 7/25/25, at approximately 1300 hours, after a court hearing at LJC, he was attempting to bring Haileigh to OCFC for intake because she was being removed from her foster home. Upon hearing she was not allowed to return to her foster home, she took her belongings from her foster mother's car and left the area on foot. He was unsure where she would go.
