Family last saw Austin on Elkins Road in Tennessee. Austin reportedly went to New York City and last spoke to family on October 16th at 2236 hours. Family has tried to reach Austin since but has not been able to. Family received a message on Messenger from an unknown person's account which said the message was from Austin, and he wanted her to answer him. An unknown person responded but only spoke Spanish. He advised he is a construction worker in New York City, and he allowed the Austin to use his phone. He said Austin told him he was robbed and did not have a phone anymore. He said Austin appeared to be confused and disoriented.
