James Rowe III

James was reported missing on 08/07/2019, by his family who stated that they have not spoken to him since 2014 when he last told them he was living in Frederick, MD. The last known contact with James was in 2015 in Tucson, AZ as well as a border crossing that was noted in 2016 from Mexico. His last banking transaction was in 2018, from an ATM in Mazatlán, Mexico. There was a flight that James Rowe was supposed to be on in 2018, but flight reports show that the passenger was a “ no board.”
