Lorraine was last seen at the Seventh Day Adventist School in Estate Welcome on September 20, 2004, at approx. 1300 hours in the company of an associate. The associate was the operator of a red Chevy Cavalier. Lorraine was last seen wearing blue jeans with a skirt that flares at the bottom, and a brown blouse. Lorraine was employed with St. Croix Farmers Association in Estate Castle Coakley rear of Red Cross. She was at work on the morning of September 20, 2004, and walked to Sunny Isles, last seen by First Bank before she went to the Seventh Day Adventist School.
